Rush Run Honeysuckle Cleanup

Rush Run, the south end of Olentangy Boulevard, needs Riverlea's help!
(Why remove honeysuckle?)
Meet with neighbors at Rush Run, Saturday, May 21, 9:30 am-1:30 pm to remove Honeysuckle from our southern border.

Hosted by Columbus Recreation and Parks & FLOW (Friends of the Lower Olentangy Watershed) to clear invasive honeysuckle from our local park!
Tools and gloves will be provided. Be sure to wear footwear appropriate for tromping in the woods. Pants and long sleeves are recommended. Anyone who can help cut brush or drag cuttings to the chipper would be a great help. Those under 18 are welcome, but must be signed in by an adult.

The more who come, the more we get done. Honeysuckle removal is a quick way to dramatically improve the looks of our park, so please join us! Questions? Contact Riverlea Resident Jason Galloway at jason_galloway@yahoo.com.

We look forward to seeing you there!
