WHEREAS, Chris Coe has volunteered his design and layout expertise to produce the Riverlea Quarterly for the Village of Riverlea, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, Chris Coe has contributed to furthering communication within the Village, and used his outstanding graphics skills to present the news of the Village in a professional and creative manner;
WHEREAS, Chris Coe combined articles and photos, and added other design elements to show Riverlea at its best, using the same high standard he offers to clients in his own design agency;
WHEREAS, Coe has generously and selflessly given his time and talents to ensure that the citizens of Riverlea are informed about activities of the Village,
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the Village of Riverlea, Ohio, the Village Council hereby offers its gratitude, appreciation and thanks to Christopher Coe for his contributions to the publication of the Riverlea Quarterly for the benefit of the residents of the community.
Section 2. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the earliest date permitted by law.
Section 3. Open Meetings. That this Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were taken in an open meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings open to the public in compliance with law.
Section 4. Publication. That pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.25, the Council of the Village of Riverlea hereby determines that publication of this Resolution in a newspaper is unnecessary and does hereby determine that this Resolution shall be published by posting copies hereof in the five following places which are determined to be the five most public places in the Village of Riverlea, Ohio:
